Product Requirements
Product Acceptance
Each Calendar submission will be carefully considered in order to choose the product best suited for our stores. We base our buying decisions on variables including, but not limited to, content, packaging, pricing and availability of comparable items in the marketplace. We also look at sales trends and our current inventory levels if applicable.
The majority of our buying decisions will be made by the end of April for product dated for the following year. In order to have the best chance to be included in our product mix, please make your submission as close to then as possible. We do accept late submissions, but at that time we can only make decisions as space and budget permit.
To Make Your Submission
1. Send us a sample. We can accept the previous year's calendar (but this must include the new year's front and back covers),
2. Colour copies or mockups.
**Please be advised we will not return any submissions.

Include a cover letter with the following information:
1. Your name, company name, address, phone and fax numbers, website and email address(our preferred method of communication is email)
2. Your recommended retail price.
3. When the calendar will be ready to ship. We require all product to be in our warehouse by August 31.
4. Let us know if there are special regions where you feel your title will sell.
5. Tell us what differentiates your product from others already in the market.
6. Include marketing and promotional information, and any recent publicity, reviews, or articles. Also let us know if the artist/subject is available for store signings if applicable.
Please allow us 6-8 weeks to contact you with our decision. Our decisions are made after we have reviewed all available titles.
All buying decisions are made through the Calendar Club Merchandise Department. Please do not solicit our stores, as they cannot add titles.
Product Requirements
1. The Australian and New Zealand recommended retail prices must be printed or stickered on the back cover of your product. The prices must be human-readable.
2. Your product must have a scannable 13 digit EAN barcode.
3. Wall calendars must be shrink-wrapped with a cardboard stiffener inserted in them.
Acceptance
If Calendar Club accepts your product for distribution we will send you Purchasing Terms and a Vendor Compliance Kit (stating our database, product, shipping and accounting requirements) to review and sign. You will also be required to complete our database
spreadsheet with product specifications. After these steps have been completed we will be able to issue a purchase order.
