James transferred from WHSmith Europe Travel Retail
in 1999 to set-up the first WHSmith stores in Australia
at Sydney International Airport. Based in Sydney,
James managed the Travel Retail Business of Angus
& Robertson and Whitcoulls (ARW), until the sale of
the Hong Kong and Australian Airports businesses to
Hachette Distribution Services in 2005. In September
2003, James became Managing Director of Calendar Club
Australia & New Zealand and continues in this role
as well as being a Director of Supanews Retail Pty
Ltd and the ARW Group’s Development Director. Prior
to working with WHSmith, James spent 9 years with
Shell International managing retail service station
networks in Argentina, Egypt and ultimately the UK
and Ireland. He feels privileged to have been able
to combine his love for travel with a career and is
enjoying exploring the opportunities for growth for
all his businesses in the region.

Chris
is responsible for the management of the Calendar
Club business in Australia. His role includes recruiting
personnel for the Australian stores, leasing, operations
and all logistics related to the Australian operation.
Chris holds an MBA from Deakin University and comes
to Calendar Club after most recently working with
a small Consulting firm & RTO with business across
the private sector predominantly in retail, hospitality,
logistics and manufacturing. Prior to that he spent
his formative years with McDonalds working across
the Franchise and Company owned Store network. |

Finished from her study in Engineering Management
(Hons) and Business Systems, Vera started her graduate
work with Calendar Club in 2002. Within this five
years experience, Vera has developed her role to be
more involved in other areas such as Store Operations
as well as Calendar Club and Angus & Robertson Books
Distribution Centre. Her roles include managing the
Administration, Finance, Logistics and Office functions.

| Anne Strange |

Anne has been involved in the retail industry for
over 15 years, with close to 11 of those being spent
with Calendar Club. Anne is involved with the management
of the buying of calendars, the designing of stores,
and the building of the Calendar Club promotional
plan. Anne has enjoyed being a part of Calendar Club,
watching and helping it evolve into being the market
leader.

| Pete Bloomfield |

Pete is responsible for all information technology
issues, including designing and developing the in-house
distribution and control system. Pete is a qualified
accountant - FCPA (Management Accounting) - and a
self taught software developer who held Finance Department
management positions with GM-Holdens and Toyota Motor
Corporation Australia, and then ran his own software
development company - MIS Solutions - for seven years
before joining Calendar Club.

As Distribution Centre Manager, Michael has a role
of primarilly providing the Warehouse logistics to
Calendar Club. His interests extend through to painting,
drawing, photography, woodworking, and metal fabrication.
Michael has found these Interest have assisted him
in many ways over the past 10 rewarding Seasons rewarding
himself in more way's than one.

Joanne has over 16 years experience in retail and
is responsible for the management of the Calendar
Club business in New Zealand. Joanne’s role includes
recruiting personnel for the New Zealand stores, leasing,
operations and all logistics related to the New Zealand
operation. Joanne moved to New Zealand from Canada
14 years ago and has enjoyed previous retail experience,
in such companies as McDonalds,Innovations and Mitre
10 (MEGA). Joanne enjoys the variety, excitement,
and challenges retail provides and believes that successful
retail is exceeding the customers’ expectations.

Graduate with a business degree, Hanny worked in
the finance sector before moving to retail with Calendar
Club in 2004. As part of the Administration team,
Hanny is responsible for Stores and Operators administration,
Account management, End Of Season reconciliation and
providing assistance in leasing, recruitment as well
as sales and banking areas.

Joining Calendar Club in 2004 and with Bachelor
of Information System and Master of Electronic Commerce
degrees, Mochtar is responsible for website maintenance,
sales and banking reconciliation, and POS equipment
and kiosk fixtures management.

Margaret joined Calendar Club in 1995 - the year
of its inception, working in Highpoint, Victoria during
Calendar Club's first season. In 1996, she was joint
operator with her husband in an inline store in Chatswood
and a kiosk in Asfield, NSW. In 1998, she managed
an inline and a kiosk in Chatswood. Margaret has been
the NSW Business Manager for the last nine years and
has seen the Company grow and develop to become the
Market leader in its field

| Kevin Walker |

Educated In UK, Cheltenham St. Pauls & Buckingham
University Bsc. Economics/Sports Management. Kevin
was with HMF UK Int/Security group for 5 years then
he moved on to develop a small chain of sporting stores,
lived and worked in USA. He then relocated and 're-educated'
in Australia and associated with A&RB CC since
1997.

| Joyce Mathers |

| Joyce Mathers emmigrated with her husband, and two
children in 1990 from the North East of Scotland.
She has been in the retail and hospitality industry
for 20 years owning and running various businesses
with her husband, Gordon. Joyce joined Calendar Club
in 1999 as an operator while taking a break between
businesses and took up the position of Business Manager
the following year. She enjoys both the retail side
of the business as well as helping other operators
reach their potential. Finding new real estate is
always exciting and she looks forward to each new
season bringing a new challenge. |

| Graduated with a degree in Business Information
System, Ay Giok joined Calendar Club in 2006, being
in charge in the administration of receiving and despatch.
She now carries the role as a Stock Controller for
both warehouses, Calendar Club and Angus Robertson
Book Distribution Centre. |
