Shopping Mall Developers
Calendar Club has established strong working relationships
with all of the major Shopping Mall Developers in
Australia and New Zealand. Some of these relationships
have been in place for ten years now, when Calendar
Club first arrived in Australasia.
Calendar Club is well represented in most of the malls that are managed by the major Developers, as indicated below:

Calendar Club has refined its administration processes to cope with the demands of opening dozens of stores, all on the same day. Calendar Club pays all of its rental obligations directly into each Developer’s designated bank account, on either a weekly or a monthly basis, and faxes a remittance advice for each payment. Calendar Club has never been in default with any Developer.
Calendar Club is moving increasingly towards writing business for the same Site, for the same Term, in the same Mall, each year. We are therefore able to structure rental agreements, which cover most of the major malls that Developers manage, over several years.

Store Types
Calendar Club offers two basic Store Types: Kiosk or Inline Stores.

Inline Stores
Each Inline Store is individually customised due to its
unique size and shape. Inline stores constitute about
10% of the total number of stores each year, and they
range in size from 50sqm to 150sqm. Calendar Club
tries to find Inline Store representation in all of
the Capital Cities in Australia and New Zealand. In
2007-08 Calendar Club had Inline Stores in the following

Additionally, Calendar Club is active in reviewing the vacant stores that are available in the major shopping malls, in the forth quarter, with a view to adding to their existing offers in these malls.
